Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule or experience an abbreviated service at full price in the remaining time allowed. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service.
